Our Services
With you at every step of your journey.
We work with heart, clarity, and intention. Our services are grounded in trauma-informed care, clinical judgement, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person's story. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, emotional distress, high-conflict dynamics, legal situations, and major life transitions with a strong commitment to first responders and helping professionals.

Therapy isn't about quick fixes, it's a relationship that meets you where you are. At Kaïa, our psychotherapy work is grounded in trauma-informed care and shaped to your specific story, pace, and goals.
Whether you're navigating a difficult moment or doing deeper work over the long term, your therapist will help you understand the patterns shaping your experience, build practical tools, and move toward what matters most to you.
Sessions typically run 50 minutes and meet weekly or biweekly, depending on what you and your therapist agree is right. We offer in-person sessions in our office and secure video sessions for clients who prefer to meet online.

Every report is prepared to meet court standards and is delivered with clarity, professionalism, and care for the people whose lives are affected by these decisions.
